La chiesa parrocchiale e di pellegrinaggio di Bad Deutsch-Altenburg è una basilica a tre navate in stile romanico-gotico, costruita in quattro fasi a partire dal 1050 a Bad Deutsch-Altenburg, con coro gotico e campanile occidentale. La chiesa parrocchiale cattolica romana ha come patronato l'Assunzione di Maria e appartiene al decanato di Hainburg della diocesi di Vienna. La chiesa è protetta come monumento e rappresenta un'importante testimonianza dell'architettura medievale in Austria.
