La "Mur à vin" d'environ 3 km de long a probablement été construite ou reconstruite à l'initiative d'Audoor par des agriculteurs de la région pendant les mois d'hiver avec des morceaux de grès ferrugineux diestéen qui ont probablement été extraits sur le versant sud de la montagne. Il pourrait s'agir de la reconstruction ou de la restauration d'un mur qui, depuis les basses époques médiévales, devait protéger les vignes sur le versant sud du vent froid du nord.
