Le Temple des Pulsions Humaines est également connu sous le nom de Pavillon de Horta-Lambeaux. C'est un pavillon néoclassique en forme de temple grec. Celui-ci a été construit par Victor Horta en 1896 dans le Parc du Cinquantenaire à Bruxelles. Bien que classique dans son aspect, le bâtiment montre les premières étapes du jeune Victor Horta vers l'Art Nouveau. Il a été conçu comme une vitrine permanente pour un grand relief en marbre "Passions Humaines" par Jef Lambeaux. Il est remarquable que depuis l'achèvement du bâtiment, il est resté pratiquement fermé en permanence.
