Le moulin "Bonne Espérance" est un moulin à galerie. Erigé en briques, ce moulin repose sur un petit tertre. A l'origine, il servait d'huilerie et plus tard, il fut également utilisé pour moudre le grain. La cage du moulin en briques, haute de 15 mètres, est entourée d'une galerie saillante. Les ailes de ce moulin ont une envergure de 24 mètres.
L'intérieur comprend plusieurs étages ou greniers. Au départ, l'étage inférieur était aménagé en huilerie. Le premier grenier est le grenier à farine; le deuxième, le grenier à meule comprenant 2 fois 2 meules. Le troisième grenier est un espace d'entrepôt.
