Le 14 février 1983, une Golf Rabbit a été volée ici à Plancenoit, que l'on relierait plus tard aux activités de la Bande de Nijvel. Au moment où Mme Geneviève Van Lidth de Jeugd se préparait à rentrer chez elle, elle a été menacée par un homme sortant d'une Peugeot 504. L'homme portait un masque noir sur la tête et était armé d'un pistolet. Sa Golf Rabbit a été volée à Plancenoit. Quatorze jours après le vol d'une Volkswagen Golf à Plancenoit, trois individus lourdement armés ont attaqué le Delhaize de Fort Jaco, situé sur la route de Waterloo à Uccle. Plus tard, cette Golf a été retrouvée à Bois de Hourpes.
