Le bâtiment Trevi était en 2001 un bien vacant sur le site de l'ex-Arbed. Il a été acheté et en 2002, une rénovation approfondie a été entamée, transformant le bâtiment en bureaux modernes et en ateliers avec beaucoup de luminosité. Fin 2004, le bâtiment a été mis en service.
