Het Trevi gebouw was in 2001 een leegstaand pand op de ex-Arbed site. Het werd aangekocht en in 2002 werd gestart met een grondige renovatie waarbij het pand werd omgetoverd tot hedendaagse kantoren en werkplaatsen met veel lichtinval. Eind 2004 werd het gebouw in gebruik genomen.
