La mission : créer 4 logements sociaux dans une rue étroite, près du centre de Melsele. La solution : 4 duplex, conçus architecturale comme une unité avec une lucarne à l'arrière pour laisser entrer le maximum de lumière du soleil. La pierre a un aspect émaillé bleu-brun. Sur la façade avant, une ligne ondulante a été choisie délibérément pour rompre l'aspect rigide de la rue 'étroite' et permettre aux gens de garer leurs vélos.
