Løsningen: 4 duplexlejligheder, arkitektonisk designet som en enhed med et lysindfald bagtil for at trække sollys så meget som muligt ind. Stenene har et blå-brunt glaseret udseende. I facaden er der bevidst valgt en bølgende linje for at bryde den stramme 'smalle' gadebillede og give folk mulighed for at parkere deres cykler.
