La "Dennenboshoeve" remonte au 18ème siècle (voir l'implantation sur la carte de Ferraris de 1771-1777), mais a été régulièrement adaptée ; située le long d'une allée de chênes, étable adaptée au 20ème siècle jouxtant le modèle habituel au nord-est de la maison d'habitation et du verger au sud. En 1788, la ferme avait une superficie de 21 hectares de prairies et de champs ; saisie pendant la Révolution française, elle est devenue par la suite de nouveau propriété de la famille de Merode.
