Le pont Hoogmolen est un pont à poutres au-dessus du canal Albert dans le sud de la commune belge de Schoten. Le pont appartient à la société NV De Scheepvaart.
Le pont actuel a été construit en béton précontraint et remplace un pont Bailey qui est resté ouvert à la circulation pendant la construction. Cet ancien pont se trouvait à l'est du pont actuel. Le pont actuel se compose de trois travées : deux travées latérales au-dessus des routes à côté du canal, et une travée centrale de 61 m au-dessus du canal Albert.
