Ortho est un village très ancien et qui a longtemps joué un rôle majeur dans la région.
On remarque d’abord la tour carrée de l’église datant de 1671 bien visible aussi la nuit grâce à un éclairage. Délabrée en 1901, elle fut reconstruite en 1908. Les alentours de l’église son très plaisants.
L’intérieur chaulé en blanc contient des fonts baptismaux gothiques (XIVème) et plusieurs statues et statuettes de saints. Les vitraux du chœur représentent Sainte Anne et saint Rémy, patron de la paroisse.
