Oosthofpark : En 2000, le Oosthofpark a été ouvert au public. Un site avec une riche histoire. Selon le cercle archéologique-historique des Spaenhiers, c'est ici que la commune de Koekelare est née. Des fouilles ont confirmé cela. En 1881-1882, la famille noble Piers de Raveschoot a construit un château sur ce site, qui, malheureusement, a été démoli en 1948-1949. Lors de l'aménagement du Oosthofpark, la conception originale du parc du château a été respectée, bien qu'avec l'ajout de quelques éléments orientaux, notamment la sculpture 'Kinaree'.
