Le Moulin Blanc est un moulin à vent où l'on peut moudre à la fois de la farine et de l'huile. Vous pouvez le visiter dans le petit village de Roksem, qui fait partie de la commune d'Oudenburg. Pour le moulin à vent en briques actuel, des éléments de l'ancien moulin en bois ont été utilisés. Ainsi, certaines poutres portent des dates du 18ème siècle.
