Ce cimetière près de la North Ring à Ypres a été créé pendant la Troisième Bataille d'Ypres en 1917. Il est situé à proximité du plus grand cimetière New Irish Farm. Des soldats tombés au combat d'un poste médical voisin y ont été enterrés. Le cimetière d'origine comptait 87 tombes, dont 1 tombe allemande. Entre 1924 et 1926, ce cimetière a été agrandi avec l'« Extension » et 678 victimes supplémentaires provenant des champs de bataille environnants et de petits cimetières ont été ajoutées.
