Ferme composée d'une maison d'habitation étendue avec une grange et un bâtiment annexe indépendant situé autour d'une cour herbeuse. Pour la maison d'habitation, une citerne en béton. Située entre la voie ferrée Aarschot-Diest, construite vers 1865, et la Weegstraat, maintenant interrompue par la voie ferrée. La cour est bordée au sud par une rangée d'arbres. Sur la carte de Ferraris (hameau de Savel), des constructions sont visibles, mais probablement pas exactement à cet endroit. Le volume principal apparaît sur le plan cadastral primitif (1822) et sur l'Atlas des chemins de la région (milieu du 19e siècle). Vers 1865, la voie ferrée est construite juste au nord de la ferme, interrompant la Weegstraat. En 1871, le bâtiment annexe est enregistré.
