Ancienne maison de tisserands avec remise, construite selon le cadastre en 1936 par le marchand de lin Medard Coeman, selon les plans de Poly Scherpereel (communiqué personnel du résident). Maison en briques jaunes sous un toit à deux versants mansardé recouvert de tuiles. Erker rectangulaire à l'étage avec balcon adjacent à angle arrondi et garde-corps en tube. Ouvertures rectangulaires avec menuiseries renouvelées. Rez-de-chaussée partiellement modifié, voir les nouvelles ouvertures dans la travée gauche et le soubassement récent ainsi que l'encadrement de porte.
