Voormalige vlasserswoning met botehuis, volgens het kadaster gebouwd in 1936 door vlashandelaar Medard Coeman, naar ontwerp van Poly Scherpereel (pers. mededeling bewoner). Geelbakstenen woning onder een gemansardeerd zadeldak bedekt met pannen. Rechthoekige erkeruitbouw op de verdieping met aanpalend balkon met afgeronde hoek en buisleuning. Rechthoekige openingen met vernieuwd houtwerk. Deels aangepaste begane grond, zie nieuwe openingen in de linkertravee en recente plint en deuromlijsting.
