Huis Kaperberg 8 est un bâtiment situé au Kaperberg 8 dans la ville belge d’Eupen. La propriété est située dans l’Oberstadt, à l’est du centre-ville, au sud-est de la Werthplatz. Le bâtiment est construit dans le style Empire. Au nord-est du bâtiment se trouve l’école Père Damien.
En 1812, le bâtiment a été construit comme résidence par le fabricant de vêtements d’Eupen Christian Bernhard Sternickel.
