La Chapelle Notre-Dame de Hulpe est une chapelle située à Esen, un endroit faisant partie de la commune de Diksmuide en Flandre-Occidentale, située à l'angle de la rue Esen et de la rue Kapelhoek.
La chapelle originale a été construite en 1664, à la suite de la découverte d'une petite statue de Marie, en 1570 ou au début du XVIIe siècle, dans un arbre. On a essayé de placer la statue dans l'église Saint-Pierre, mais elle revenait toujours de manière miraculeuse dans l'arbre. Pendant la période française, la chapelle a été vendue à un particulier, mais en 1863, la paroisse a de nouveau pris possession de celle-ci.
