Le flanc sud est situé autour du stade du béguinage derrière Den Blank. Il s’agit d’une zone de loisirs durable pour les enfants, les patineurs, les joueurs de football, les promeneurs, etc. Les nouveaux tampons d’eau empêchent les inondations dans le centre d’Overijse. De nombreux nouveaux arbres y ont également été plantés, des tables de pique-ont été installées et des sentiers pédestres ont été aménagés. Un projet réussi de la commune d’Overijse.
