17.000 vignes ont été plantées depuis 2016 dans le sol argileux sablonneux. Principalement du pinot auxerrois, du chardonnay et du pinot noir. Valke Vleug est un projet de l'entrepreneur Jan Van Lancker, assisté par le vigneron Pieter Raeymaekers. Au domaine, Vinetiq, une boutique en ligne, est associée aux vins des 'climats frais'. Le chef étoilé Viki Geunes du restaurant trois étoiles Het Zilte a choisi cet endroit pour y cuisiner un menu de six plats pour 330 personnes en mai 2021.
