L'église unie Saint-James (St. James United Church en anglais) est un lieu de culte protestant de l'Église unie du Canada, situé à Montréal. Elle est édifiée plus précisément au 463, rue Sainte-Catherine Ouest, entre les rues Saint-Alexandre et City Councillors, dans l'arrondissement de Ville-Marie. L'église est de religion protestante (méthodiste) et fait partie de l'Église unie du Canada, deuxième en importance au pays.
