La rivière Ashuapmushuan, autrefois appelée Chamouchouane, est une rivière canadienne de la province de Québec qui alimente le lac Saint-Jean. Elle prend sa source dans le lac Ashuapmushuan et coule vers le sud-est pour se déverser dans le lac St-Jean. Son nom, d'origine innu, signifie « Là où l'on guette l'orignal ».
