Le château de Trostburg est un petit château situé sur la commune de Teufenthal dans le canton d’Argovie en Suisse.
Le château a probablement été construit au 12ème siècle, bien que l’on ne sache rien de son histoire ancienne. À un moment donné au 12ème ou au début du 13ème siècle, une ligne junior s’est déplacée à une courte distance et a construit le château de Liebegg près de Gränichen. Le 28 mai 1241, Burkhart I de Trostberg et son parent Louis de Liebegg apparaissent dans un document comme témoins et chevaliers non libres au service des comtes de Kyburg. En 1253, Burkhart signa son nom comme Burchardus Barhandus de Trostberc. Finalement, ils sont passés du service de Kyburg au service des Habsbourg. En 1317, un chevalier nommé Rudolf von Trostberg était le vogt des Habsbourg au château de Kyburg.
