Rolex, fondée en 1905 par Hans Wilsdorf, est une entreprise suisse fabriquant, distribuant et vendant des montres de luxe. Son modèle phare Oyster existe depuis 1945. Avec un chiffre d'affaires de 4,9 milliards CHF en 2015, elle est la première marque mondiale de montres de luxe devant Omega et Breitling.
La société est détenue par la Fondation Wilsdorf, une société fiduciaire familiale privée qui ne paie pas d'impôt sur les sociétés.
