Guntershausen bei Aadorf est une localité et une ancienne commune suisse du canton de Thurgovie, située dans le district de Frauenfeld.
La commune comprenait également les villages de Maischhausen, Tänikon et Wittershausen. Elle comptait 473 habitants en 1850, qui sont passés à 400 en 1870, 656 en 1960, 1051 en 1990 et 1392 en 2008.
