Zerbst est une ville d’Allemagne, dans le land de Saxe-Anhalt, arrondissement d’Anhalt-Bitterfeld. Elle fut, jusqu’à la réforme administrative de 2007, le chef-lieu de l’arrondissement d'Anhalt-Zerbst, et compte 16 000 habitants.
Zerbst est mentionnée dans les textes depuis l’an 949. Elle fut l’ancienne résidence des princes d’Anhalt-Zerbst, et c’est là que fut élevée Catherine II, née princesse d’Anhalt-Zerbst.
