Le château d'eau de Gommern est un château d'eau ou un château aquatique situé dans la ville de Gommern dans le Land de Saxe-Anhalt. Il est classé comme monument culturel. Dans le château d'eau se trouve une brasserie de restauration.
Sur une colline artificiellement aménagée, il y avait déjà au 10ème siècle un fort slave. Pour sécuriser la conquête allemande, à partir de 948, un nouveau complexe de château, composé d'une cour avant et d'un donjon, avec des remparts et des fossés doubles, a été construit à sa place. Le donjon encore présent aujourd'hui a des murs de trois mètres d'épaisseur. Il mesure environ 40 mètres de haut et a un diamètre de dix mètres.
