Het waterkasteel Gommern is een waterburcht of -slot in de stad Gommern in Saksen-Anhalt. Dit is aangeduid als een cultureel monument. In de waterburcht bevindt zich een brouwerij.
Op een kunstmatig aangelegde heuvel bestond al in de 10e eeuw een Slavische walburg. Om de Duitse landverovering te waarborgen, werd er vanaf 948 op die plaats een nieuwe burcht gebouwd, bestaande uit een voorburcht en een hoofdtoren, met wallen en dubbele watergrachten. De nog steeds bestaande, vrijstaande donjon kreeg drie meter dikke muren. Hij is ongeveer 40 meter hoog en heeft een diameter van tien meter.
