Le château de l’Ordre Teutonique de Neckarsulm est l’un des plus anciens bâtiments de la ville de Neckarsulm. Un bâtiment antérieur existait probablement dès le 13ème siècle. Le château de l’Ordre Teutonique de Neckarsulm a été façonné de manière décisive par l’Ordre Teutonique, sous le règne duquel Neckarsulm a régné de 1484 à 1805. Il a été gravement endommagé pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale et reconstruit au milieu des années 1950. Depuis 1956, le Deutschordensschloss Neckarsulm abrite le musée allemand de la bicyclette et le musée NSU.
