Listernohl est un ancien village qui a été dévasté pour la construction du barrage de Biggetal. Listernohl se trouvait en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, dans la vallée de Biggetal, entre Olpe et Attendorn.
La construction du barrage a été décidée avant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, mais a dû être retardée pendant la durée de la guerre. À partir de 1950, le projet a été repris. En 1960, le nouveau village de Neu-Listernohl a été construit, où l'ancien village devait être déplacé. Le point central est l'église Saint-Augustin. À la fin de 1963, le déplacement était terminé, et on a commencé à aplanir le village.
