G. Schneider & Sohn est une brasserie allemande, fondée en 1872 en Bavière, en Allemagne. L’entreprise produit de la bière de blé et sa marque principale est Weisse Schneider. Historiquement, l’entreprise est connue localement sous le nom de Weisses Bräuhaus.
Schneider est l’un des membres fondateurs de l’initiative Die Freien Brauer, une association de plus de 30 brasseries privées de taille moyenne en Allemagne et en Autriche.
