Le château de Donaustauf est un château de colline en ruine situé à une hauteur de 424 m au-dessus du niveau de la mer sur un éperon surplombant le Danube près du village de Donaustauf dans le comté de Ratisbonne, dans le Haut-Palatin, dans l’État de Bavière, dans le sud de l’Allemagne. Donaustauf a grandi au Moyen Âge sous la protection des puissantes fortifications du château.
Depuis le 6 avril 1986, les ruines du château appartiennent à Donaustauf et, à partir de 1997, la municipalité a fait sécuriser le château et l’a rénové.
