La ruina del castillo de Donaustauf es la ruina de un castillo en una elevación de 424 m sobre el nivel del mar en un saliente montañoso sobre el Danubio, sobre el mercado de Donaustauf en el distrito de Regensburg en Baviera. El mercado de Donaustauf se desarrolló en la Edad Media como un asentamiento burgués bajo la protección de las poderosas fortificaciones del castillo.
Desde el 6 de abril de 1986, la ruina del castillo pertenece al mercado de Donaustauf. A partir de 1997, fue asegurada y renovada por el mercado.
