L’église catholique de Notre-Dame sur la montagne à Füssen, dans le quartier d’Ostallgäu en Bavière, a été construite à l’origine au Moyen Âge et remaniée en 1682. L’église est un monument architectural protégé.
L’église a probablement été construite au XIVe siècle en tant que chapelle et cimetière de la Leprosenhaus de Füssen, qui a été construite vers 1300. La maison, située de l’autre côté de la rue par rapport à la Tiroler Straße, a été démolie en 1968 au profit d’un élargissement de la route. En 1682/83, l’église a été reconstruite par le maître d’œuvre de Wessobrunn, Johann Schmuzer, et le nouveau bâtiment a été consacré en 1685.
