De katholieke filiaalkerk Onze Lieve Vrouw op de Berg in Füssen in de Landkreis Ostallgäu in Beieren werd oorspronkelijk in de middeleeuwen gebouwd en in 1682 verbouwd. De kerk is een beschermd monument.
De kerk is vermoedelijk in de veertiende eeuw gebouwd als kapel en begraafplaats van het rond het jaar 1300 opgerichte leprozenhuis van Füssen. Het huis aan de overkant van de Tiroler Straße werd in 1968 afgebroken ten gunste van een verbreding van de straat. In 1682/83 werd de kerk opnieuw gebouwd door de Wessobrunner bouwmeester Johann Schmuzer, de inwijding van het nieuwe gebouw vond plaats in 1685.
