Le Stemberg près de Holzhausen-Externsteine dans le district de Lippe en Rhénanie-Westphalie est une montagne de 401,9 m d’altitude au-dessus du niveau de la mer (NHN) dans la forêt de Teutobourg.
Le Stemberg se situe au sud-est de la forêt de Teutobourg dans le parc naturel de la forêt de Teutobourg / Eggegebirge, à environ 1,8 km au sud-est du quartier de Detmold, Berlebeck, directement à l'ouest ou au-dessus de Holzhausen-Externsteine, un quartier de Horn-Bad Meinberg, et à 2,3 km au nord-est du col de Gauseköte.
