Le lac de retenue de Hillestausee près de Niedersfeld, dans le district de Hochsauerland en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, est un lac de retenue de 8,5 hectares situé dans les montagnes du Rothaar. En tant que lac de baignade, il sert à des fins de loisirs. Son barrage, achevé en 1979, est le barrage de Hillebach de 250 mètres de long. L'exploitant de l'installation de retenue est la ville de Winterberg.
