La bande riveraine de Ruhrufer au golf d'Oefte est une zone de protection de la nature dans le quartier de Heidhausen à Essen, sur la rive sud du Ruhr, entre Kettwig et Werden.
La zone protégée comprend une étroite bande de rivage qui entoure le golf d'Oefte vers l'ouest et le nord en direction du Ruhr. Deux îles artificielles en avant-plan ainsi que les eaux peu profondes entre ces îles et la rive font également partie de la zone protégée. En amont, la zone de protection du paysage « bande riveraine du Ruhr à Werden » vient s'ajouter. La superficie de la zone protégée est estimée à 7,5 et 10,8 ha.
