Het Ruhrufergebied bij de golfbaan Oefte is een natuurgebied in de Essense wijk Heidhausen aan de zuidoever van de Ruhr tussen Kettwig en Werden.
Het beschermde gebied omvat een smalle strook langs de oever die de golfbaan Oefte naar het westen en noorden naar de Ruhr omsluit. Twee voorliggende kunstmatige eilanden en het ondiepe water tussen deze eilanden en de oever behoren ook tot het beschermde gebied. Stroomopwaarts sluit het landschap beschermde gebied “Uferstreifen der Ruhr bei Werden” aan. De oppervlakte van het beschermde gebied wordt opgegeven als 7,5 respectievelijk 10,8 ha.
