Le Sauerland-Höhenflug est un sentier de randonnée dans le Sauerland, qui relie la ville d'Altena en Rhénanie-Westphalie à Korbach, située en Hesse. Un itinéraire alternatif commence à Meinerzhagen. La longueur totale du parcours est d'environ 251 kilomètres. Le chemin traverse les parcs naturels du Sauerland-Rothaargebirge et du Diemelsee. Il se déroule principalement sur des crêtes de montagne entre 400 et 800 mètres d'altitude.
Après plusieurs années de préparation, prolongées par l'ouragan Kyrill, le sentier de randonnée a été officiellement inauguré le 31 mai 2008 au Schomberg près de Wildewiese.
