Le lac Wisseler est un lac de baignade artificiel situé dans le quartier de Wissel de la ville de Kalkar, dans le district de Kleve, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie.
À l'origine formé par l'extraction de gravier, le lac Wisseler est aujourd'hui principalement une plage de baignade très fréquentée. La qualité de l'eau est constamment classée comme excellente, si bien qu'en 1990, le lac a été le premier plan d'eau intérieur allemand à recevoir le symbole environnemental de l'Union européenne, le drapeau bleu européen.
