La Ketschenburg-Brauerei GmbH était une brasserie située dans la ville de Stolberg, dans la région d’Aix-la-Chapelle, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie. Elle a existé de 1817 à 1985 et brassait des bières selon le style de brassage Pilsner, Altbier et lager. Selon ses propres déclarations, l’eau d’un puits de 84 mètres de profondeur a été utilisée pour le brassage. Le slogan publicitaire était « Buvez un ketch ! ».
