De Ketschenburg-Brauerei GmbH was een brouwerij in de stad Stolberg in de Duitse deelstaat Noordrijn-Westfalen, in de stadsregio Aken. Ze bestond van 1817 tot 1985 en brouwde bieren volgens Pilsner stijl, Altbier en Lagerbier. Volgens eigen zeggen werd voor het brouwen water uit een 84 meter diepe put gebruikt. De slogan was "Drink een Ketsch!".
