Bärenbrück est un village de Basse-Lusace, en Bas-Sorbie. Depuis le 31 décembre 2000, l’ancienne commune indépendante est le plus petit des trois districts de la commune de Teichland dans l’arrondissement de Brandebourg de Spree-Neiße. Il a une population de 252 habitants.
Le district est situé à environ cinq kilomètres au sud-est de la ville de Peitz, au milieu d’un paysage d’étangs qui donne son nom à la communauté. Au nord du village se trouve l’Unterteich, d’une superficie de 88 hectares. Au sud, le Bärenbrücker Höhe a été créé à partir de 1975 en remplissant les morts-terrains des mines à ciel ouvert voisines de Jänschwalde et Cottbus-Nord, qui dépassent du paysage d’une hauteur de 33 m.
