Le monument technique Elstermühle Plessa est situé sur la rive droite de l’Elster noir dans la commune de Plessa dans le Brandebourg et est un moulin à eau qui se composait à l’origine de deux moulins, d’un moulin à couper et d’un moulin à grains. Il dispose d’une installation d’exposition inactive et d’un petit musée, et il y a aussi une petite scierie dans la dépendance.
Le bâtiment du moulin abrite le bureau du Förderverein Naturpark Niederlausitzer Heidelandschaft e.V., une base de la garde naturelle et le restaurant rustique « Mühlenschänke ».
