L’île de Neuenhagen[1],[2] est une île allemande de l’Oder qui appartient administrativement à l’État de Brandebourg, près de la frontière avec la Pologne voisine, elle a une superficie de 60 kilomètres carrés avec une longueur de 12,6 km, une largeur de 6,4 km et une altitude maximale de 90,9 mètres. Le nom « île de Neuenhagen » est dérivé de la ville principale de son territoire, à l’origine une péninsule, mais entre 1747 et 1753, un canal a été construit qui l’a transformée en île.
