L'isola di Neuenhagen, nota anche come isola del Oder di Neuenhagen, isola di Neuenhagen o semplicemente isola dell'Oder, è un altopiano nel nord della Oderbruch. Si ergere fino a circa 90 m sopra l'Oderbruch e ha una superficie di circa 25 km². A ovest è circondata da antichi bracci dell'Oder e a est dal canale dell'Oder. Il nuovo Oder, sorto con la rottura, è il confine di Stato con la Polonia.
L'isola dell'Oder si trova nel nord-est del distretto di Märkisch Oderland nel Brandeburgo, tra le città di Oderberg e Bad Freienwalde.
