La Villa Quandt est une villa située sur le Pfingstberg à Potsdam, en Allemagne. Il porte le nom de la veuve du Conseil de guerre, Ulrike Augusta von Quandt, abrite les archives Theodor Fontane et le bureau de littérature de Brandebourg, et fait partie de la collection administrative de la Fondation des châteaux et jardins prussiens.
La villa est située à Große Weinmeisterstraße 46/47 dans le Nauener Vorstadt de Potsdam sur le Pfingstberg et fait partie du site du patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO. Avec la Villa Henckel et la Villa Lepsius, c’est l’une des villas nobles de cette région. L’ensemble comprend également la Villa Schlieffen.
